A nice and standard apartment, quite comfortable stay.

Clean property just next door to a shopping mall that has a variety of restaurant and China and nearby coffee shops. Very nice and courteous management and staff. Particularly good setting close to the center.

Helpful staff knows how to make your stay relaxing. Our rooms are modern and big size with breakfast. The property offers very very good breakfast with nice views.

La mia esperienza presso questo hotel è stata incredibile! Sono rimasto colpito da diversi aspetti positivi. Innanzitutto, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. Il prezzo dell'hotel è estremamente competitivo, soprattutto considerando che si trova nel centro della città. Inoltre, il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Hanno reso il mio soggiorno piacevole e mi hanno fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno. La camera era molto bella, spaziosa, con un grande letto comodo, un bagno fantastico e un bel balcone. Infine, la colazione era deliziosa. C'erano tantissime opzioni tra cui scegliere, dalle uova alle croissant appena sfornate, accompagnate da una buonissima tazza di caffè.

Tutto è andato bene, niente di cui lamentarsi.

Clean apartment with excellent location and staff. The staff were amiable, all of them. Rooms with breakfast. Setting very close to a subway, Changsha's famous tourist attractions and the mall next door. No complaints, I had a such great stay and would stay here again.

They kept the place exceptionally clean, everything was pleasant. The bed was great overall. The breakfast was delicious with nice views and the staff was very careful! Excellent communication, easy check-in.

The accommodation was excellent and new adjacent to the metro. The room was fairly quiet and clean with the bed right next to the window, we really enjoyed the stay. It was marvellous and exceptional to a subway stop.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. the room was spacious and beautifully furnished, feeling almost like a studio apartment. the view from the room was breathtaking, and being located above a shopping center made it convenient to walk around, shop, and find delicious meals. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was simply amazing. the selection of food was extensive, well-cooked, and delicious, with a great balance of healthy options and indulgent treats. I was extremely pleased with my stay at Modena By Fraser. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😔.

I recently stayed at Modena By Fraser for a few days during my sightseeing trip. The hotel's location was perfect, with a large mall and convenience store nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, even going the extra mile to assist with my museum reservation. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of dishes, catering to both Chinese and Western preferences. The room was comfortable, with a well-functioning shower that I truly appreciated. The complimentary basket of snacks in my room was a thoughtful touch, especially after a long day of travelling. Modena By Fraser made me feel at home and provided a fantastic experience.

I stayed at this place and it was so great that I came back for more! The reception was fantastic, the rooms lovely, and they even upgraded me. Lots of food options nearby.

Elevators are slower than a sloth on a Sunday morning. Breakfast could use some variety, but hey, who needs options when you can have the same thing every day?

The service was so amazing, I felt like a queen. I even had the manager calling me to extend his welcome! Oh, and the apartments were surprisingly clean and modern. Plus, the nearby museum had a really interesting mummy to check out.

Just a small inconvenience, really. The major shopping malls weren't within walking distance, but hey, a quick taxi ride solved that problem.
